A little about me.
Most of my days start the same way: a Celsius, a terminal, and a conversation with one of my AI agents about what needs to ship next.
I'm Ariel. I build software, design interfaces, and spend most of my time making AI systems actually work. I love the full spectrum: writing code, designing logos, crafting UI/UX, building websites from scratch. Products that ship and do real work.
Right now I'm building Nexbook, a platform that helps youth sports and academic organizations run their programs, bookings, and payments from one place. I'm also running a team of AI agents through OpenClaw that handle architecture, code, design, QA, and research across every project I touch. On top of that, I'm experimenting with Hermes, a reinforcement learning framework that trains AI through real-world interaction instead of static prompts. Different philosophy than OpenClaw, same obsession: making these systems better every day.
When I'm not shipping client work, I'm building Nexbook or figuring out how to make AI do something it couldn't do yesterday. I'm endlessly curious, always learning, and I could talk about AI all night.
PROCESS
How I work.
Every project runs through the same system. I scope the problem, design the solution, and ship it with a team of AI agents handling the heavy lifting.
Define
Understand the problem, map out user flows, set success criteria.
Design
UI/UX wireframes, brand direction, visual identity. Nothing gets built until it looks right on paper.
Build
Code ships through a 13-agent pipeline. Architecture, frontend, backend, QA, and design review all run in parallel.
Ship
Production deployment, CI/CD, monitoring. Every build is tested, reviewed, and deployed automatically.
CASE STUDY
The AI operating system behind how I ship.
This isn't just a portfolio talking point. It's the production system I use to scope projects, route work between specialized agents, review output, and keep client delivery moving.
The workflow runs on top of OpenClaw with a multi-model stack behind it. Claude Opus 4.6 helps with architecture and orchestration, GPT-5.4 drives implementation, and Gemini 3.1 Pro supports design, QA, and research. Hermes also plays a role in the broader experimentation loop I use to train, evaluate, and improve agent behavior through real-world interaction.
The result is a custom delivery system for websites, AI products, and internal tools - one built to get stronger over time as I add new agents, refine workflows, and tighten the feedback loop from idea to shipped work.
